WOMEN DEVELOPMENT CELL
Concept
Its objective is to create awareness among women employee so that they are not subjected to gender-specific discrimination or sexual harassment and ensure that their fundamental rights are not violated.
Objectives
- To prevent sexual harassment and to promote general well-being of female students, teaching and non-teaching staff of SLRTCE.
- To create social awareness about the problems of women and in particular regarding gender discrimination.
- To encourage participation of NGOs working in the area of women’s development in activities of the Cell.
